Great place for a weekend trip
Spacious room, clean bathroom, with a superb breakfast that exceeded typical hotel options, and the convenient location made it easy to explore the area. It’s just 20 km from the airport.
The only downside was the hot tub closing too early.

A quick and honest take
A beautiful hotel with a spacious room and a clean atmosphere. The breakfast was a delight, although I felt a few more staff during service would enhance the experience. Despite a few hiccups at check-in, the overall stay was remarkable, with staff eager to assist and a prime location near US Bank Stadium.

Conveniently located, this hotel offers spacious accommodations and a friendly staff eager to assist. The breakfast is outstanding, with varied options each day, and there’s a handy store on-site for snacks. However, we faced some issues, including a broken bathroom door and inadequate USB outlets. Additionally, a group of noisy teenagers in the lobby detracted from the overall experience.

The location was great for exploring downtown Minneapolis, as we were able to walk to nearby attractions like the Minneapolis City Hall and Guthrie Theater. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a restful stay. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find out the pool was closed for renovations when we arrived. Despite that, we enjoyed the available breakfast options, which were quite nice.

Solid central location close to various attractions. Rooms feature spacious layouts with a decent setup for families, like the two queen beds and a sofa bed. Breakfast selection exceeds average offerings, providing notable variety and quality.
A real pain in the rear was the heating system. it lacks true AC, making it stuffy during warmer days—definitely not comfortable for those sensitive to heat. The sitting area in some rooms feels claustrophobic due to the lack of windows, begging for more lighting. After long days, the mixed-up entrance for parking can be a hassle, adding some unnecessary confusion after a tiring outing.

The stay at Hyatt Place was excellent. The hotel was impeccably clean and centrally located, making it easy to access local dining and business venues. My room had a spacious layout and a fantastic city view. Breakfast was satisfying, with a variety of options including steel-cut oatmeal, bacon, and eggs. The staff, particularly Chad from Guest Services, provided exceptional service, efficiently addressing any needs I had during my stay.
Parking fees were quite high and the garage was tight.
